About this program
Expand your mindfulness-based stress reduction skills by participating in our advanced series of classes. In these classes, you will learn to: Acknowledge your feelings and express them effectively; Determine when and how to "let go", and gain skillful communication for interpersonal relationships; Gain self-reliance by also practicing on your own without the program CD; Integrate all foundations by keeping up the formal and informal mindfulness practices and create a plan to move forward.
Note: Completion of part 1 necessary to participate in part 2 classes. Materials purchased in part 1 will be used in part 2.
