About this program

Manage chronic kidney disease (CKD) by attending the three classes listed below. Pre-registration is required. Kidney Education: Learn how the kidneys function and how you can manage CKD with proper diet, exercise, and medications. Kidney Choices: Learn about the advantages/disadvantages of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplant, and no treatment. Kidney Transplant: Learn about eligibility, the pros and cons, and living with a kidney transplant.
