Labor and delivery is different for every woman, but there are simple steps you can take to prepare yourself for this life-changing experience. Understanding the process and being as prepared as possible will help you feel more relaxed and in control. This class series will help you get ready for labor, birth, and the first few weeks after your baby is born. Topics covered are: • Signs of labor • Pain management options • The delivery experience • Breastfeeding • Newborn care Enroll early enough to participate in the class between 6-8 months of pregnancy.
