About this program

This class takes a holistic approach to strengthening your Mind, Body, and Spirit through a Trinity focus. Each session is designed to be fun and engaging while helping you burn calories, reduce stress, improve cardiovascular health, and develop practical self-defense techniques. You’ll also experience targeted stretching exercises that promote flexibility and recovery. Our environment is friendly, positive, and supportive, bringing together like-minded individuals who share the common goal of enhancing their overall well-being, and Aloha Spirit. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, each exercise can be modified to suit your personal fitness level.

For your comfort during class, please wear clothing that allows for unrestricted movement. Well- supported shoes are essential, and don’t forget to bring boxing gloves, a towel, water, and a yoga mat. Our classes are held twice a week, led by Alex Guila, giving you the opportunity to join up to eight sessions each month. This is a fun and effective alternative to improving your health and wellness. Before attending, all participants must complete a sign-in waiver.

Dates and Location: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., Koolau Clinic, Lobby

  • Space is limited to 20 participants per class
