You can participate in the meeting either on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

If you’re using a smartphone or tablet, you must download the app ahead of time.

  • You do not need to create a Microsoft Live account; you can join the meeting as a guest to view presentations. Note: The chat function is disabled in guest mode.
  • Open the App Store (iPhone) or the Google Play Store (Android) from your smartphone or tablet and download the Microsoft Teams app.
