About this program
At Kaiser Permanente, your privacy is important to us therefore we are using the Microsoft Teams-based video platform. This app allows us to interact with our members in a group while maintaining the requisite privacy you expect us to operate within. You can participate in the meeting either on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
If you’re using a smartphone or tablet, you must download the app ahead of time.
- You do not need to create a Microsoft Live account; you can join the meeting as a guest to view presentations. Note: The chat function is disabled in guest mode.
- Open the App Store (iPhone) or the Google Play Store (Android) from your smartphone or tablet and download the Microsoft Teams app.
- Fully charge your device and be in a place with excellent wi-fi or cell phone reception.

This two-part class, facilitated by an Integrated Behavioral Health provider and a Center for Healthy Living Health Educator, will provide the following essential coping skills:
- Week 1: Stress, Mindfulness, and Retraining our Thinking and Responses to Improve Anxiety and Depression
- Week 2: Managing Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Mind-Body Connection, and Wellness and Resilience
