About me
I am originally from South Florida. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Miami and attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed my residency in internal medicine at Houston Methodist Hospital. During my residency, I was chief resident and was also the captain of the medical Jeopardy team.
Prior to moving to Georgia in 2023, I was an academic hospitalist in New York and New Jersey, where I specialized in treating patients with congestive heart failure.
About my practice
I am committed to providing holistic care, which emphasizes the care of the person and not just the disease process itself, recognizing the total is often greater than the sum of the parts. I recognize the importance of addressing not only the physical aspects of illness but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. By using a combination of evidence-based medicine, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and other holistic modalities, I create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Understanding that medical settings can often induce anxiety and stress, I am dedicated to creating a soothing and welcoming environment for our members. I strive to create patient-physician relationships that are centered in trust, honesty and communication.
How I thrive
As an avid enthusiast of exercise, I embrace a healthy and active lifestyle by enjoying a variety of fitness activities such as dance, weightlifting, and yoga. I love traveling and immersing myself in the beauty of different cultures and landscapes. I also enjoy practicing and perfecting my Spanish. When not on the move, I find solace in the kitchen, where I like exploring new recipes.

Medicare Members: To request a hard copy of Kaiser Permanente’s provider directory, please call our Member Services department at 1-800-232-4404, seven days a week, 8 a.m to 8 p.m. Kaiser Permanente will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request. Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.
If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select providers and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
