Kaiser Permanente medical center practitioner
My gender: Male
Yes, I’m accepting new patients. Referral may be required.
I am a native of Mississippi, and I attended college near the Gulf Coast. I graduated from nursing school with a bachelor's degree and moved to Atlanta in 1986. I decided that I wanted to do more for my patients than I could as a nurse, so I enrolled in graduate school and became a certified nurse practitioner in 1999. I developed an interest in men's health issues and have found an appropriate niche in Kaiser Permanente's Urology Department.
I work in collaboration with the urologist in evaluating patients with urological issues. I believe that men can take better care of themselves with the right tools. One of those tools is education, and a great deal of my time is spent educating my patients in cancer screening.
I enjoy riding my motorcycle and hiking. I also play softball and rugby, which I enjoy greatly.
