About me

Hello! I am Dr. Yolanda Di Fronzo and would like to welcome you to Kaiser Permanente. I am here to help you reach your best health possible for where you are today, and hopefully help you strive to reach to an even better healthier lifestyle, and through commitment and results help keep you there. I am your cheerleader and your coach but you are the TEAM PLAYER. I believe in building and investing in the patient/doctor relationship, which helps in achieving any of your health care goals.

Biography

My parents were immigrants from Italy after WWII and I was raised in a strong Italian family with a lot of family gatherings all the time. My mom was a nurse and my dad was a science teacher, so that lead me to pursue medicine so I could help and educate patients. I chose family practice because I enjoy the variety of issues and challenges that it offers. I love to celebrate your successes, because that helps me define who I am as a physician.

About my practice

I feel healthy living and preventive care is the best way to stay healthy. Making better choices each day will get you to sustainable good health where it will become second nature.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in your life is hard for everyone. In my free time I enjoy to cook and bake with my kids. We like to travel to new places and explore new things. My kids love to cook and play "Chopped" and come up with new recipes. I also believe its important to laugh, and to sometimes laugh at yourself to lighten the load.
