Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am a family medicine physician at the Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Hills-Crenshaw Medical Offices. I see a wide range of members, including children, teens, and adults.
My family and I immigrated from Mexico when I was a child. Their hard work, perseverance, and humility during my major formative years inspired me to help underserved communities similar to the one I came from. I am the first college graduate and physician in my family. I always dreamed of becoming a bilingual doctor in order to provide compassionate and culturally sensitive care to people of all ages and backgrounds.I earned my medical degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. I then completed my residency training at White Memorial Medical Center in East Los Angeles, where I served as chief resident. Post training, I worked in the Torrance and South Bay area for several years. I then returned closer to home in West Los Angeles to be able to serve the community I grew up in.
About my practice
I chose family medicine because it’s a wonderful opportunity to be at the front lines of preventive care. I truly enjoy the work and the daily opportunities to interact with members to help them better manage their health. Thank you for entrusting me with your care. I consider it a privilege and an honor to be able to collaborate in your health and well-being.
How I thrive
Outside of work, I thrive by being in nature, gardening, sampling new foods, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
