Where I practice
I am pleased to have this opportunity to share some information about myself. It is really important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician. I am proud to be a part of Kaiser Permanente, and I look forward to working with you to help keep you healthy.
I was raised in New England and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut. I ventured out to the Midwest to attend medical school in Wisconsin. I was fortunate enough to complete my internship and residency through the United States Navy at Camp Pendleton in San Diego and the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, where I met my wife while rotating through the neonatal intensive care unit. We both loved Southern California and decided to make it our home. We have four beautiful children who keep me on my toes. We treasure our family time and watching our kids grow.
About my practice
I feel that medicine is a calling that allows me to make a positive difference in people's lives. I consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to care for another person, and I am honored to participate in your care. I feel that taking advantage of preventive medicine and taking control of your own health will lead to a happier, healthier, and more productive life. I hope to partner with you to help you achieve your goals.
How I thrive
We all have busy lives, and making time to get healthy and stay healthy can be a challenge. One of my priorities in life is to stay healthy for my family, as well as myself. I've incorporated jogging and other regular exercise into my daily routine. It is important to stay emotionally, mentally, and physically fit. My wife and I make an effort to teach our kids the importance of staying healthy through a balanced diet and regular exercise. We enjoy biking, hiking, camping, and cooking healthy meals together as a family.
