Where I practice
Hi, and thanks for visiting my Web page. As a Kaiser Permanente doctor since 2002, I've been fortunate to be in the dynamic field of family medicine. The growth of our Panorama City Medical Center has afforded me a great life experience here. I’m happy to have a very supportive staff and office network, as this allows me to focus my attention on my members.
As a native Southern Californian who was born here at the Kaiser Permanente Panorama City Medical Center, I feel that I bring a special understanding of my patient base. I encourage my members to take advantage of the wide variety of activities that Los Angeles offers. My family and I enjoy going to the beach, hiking the local mountain trails, and visiting local museums and gardens.
About my practice
Being a family practice doctor, I enjoy seeing members of all ages, from infants to seniors. Getting to know my members is one of the many things that make my job fun and interesting. I try to focus on getting my members to make healthy changes in a nonjudgmental way, and then come up with plans to make the changes together. Keeping the mind and the body stimulated is key to keeping the health of all members strong.
How I thrive
One of the health imperatives that I recommend to all my members is daily exercise. I know it can be hard to stay motivated, so my way of staying focused is to set goals. An annual triathlon is a goal I set to keep myself focused. The Kaiser Permanente Hansen Dam Triathlon has been a great motivator for me to get out there and exercise. As a doctor, I consider it a privilege to be a part of the Kaiser Permanente family.
