About me

Welcome to my Web page! I am happy for this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you about my background. I look forward to caring for your eyes and vision!

Biography

I was born and raised in Finland. I did my undergraduate studies at UC Irvine and then graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry. Now I am very fortunate to work here at Kaiser Permanente in the Vision Department!

About my practice

In our department, we do eye exams and fit contact lenses. We also check the health of your eyes. I keep up with the latest developments by completing 50 hours of continuing education every 2 years.

How I thrive

My favorite free-time activity is to spend time outdoors with family and friends. Coming from Finland, I enjoy the sunny, beautiful climate of Southern California. I also care for 2 rescue dogs and a cat (pets are family too)! An active lifestyle helps me stay healthy and happy.
