Where I practice
Welcome! Hopefully this page will give you some insight into who I am, what my goals are and a little about my family here at Kaiser Permanente. I look forward to meeting you and working with you, and doing my very best to care for you.
I was born and raised in Belize, in Central America. I saw many shortcomings of the health care system in my country. For the most part, medical care was sought only when things were almost too far gone. It made me realize that prevention is always better than a cure, and for some ailments there are no cures. When I got the opportunity to immigrate to the U.S. and further my education, there was nothing I desired more than to be a part of the solution, to raise awareness and to be there to assist others in their time of need.
About my practice
Medicine is a partnership; a partnership between you and me. I am here to listen to what you have to share and to do my very best to care for your health. My goal is to strive to make your life better, whether that is to prevent an ailment or to treat an existing one - but this only can be achieved with your help and active participation.
How I thrive
Maintaining balance in one's life can be a difficult challenge. My family provides the balance I need between work and play. When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my husband and two children.
