Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am glad to have the opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself. I have been practicing at Kaiser Permanente Riverside Medical Center now for more than five years. I'm currently conducting clinical trials and acting as research principal investigator.
Along with my family, I came to the United States when I was 13 years old. I really did not know what I wanted to do until I arrived at UC Riverside as a biomedical science major. The biomedical science experience helped me choose medicine as a profession and oncology as my focus area. I spent eight years at UC Irvine, which included two years as an assistant clinical professor in the hematology/oncology department.
About my practice
Teamwork is the essence in hematology and oncology. I truly believe that caring for cancer patients does not just involve medicine alone. I feel it’s very important to emphasize the spiritual and emotional aspects of cancer care. Another focus of my practice is to continue advancing the science of cancer treatment by conducting research trials.
How I thrive
I have only one rule in life: Don't judge. Judgment is a limitation. Always keep an open mind. My two major hobbies are badminton and tropical fish.
