Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am happy have the opportunity to introduce myself and tell you about my work as a bilingual, Spanish-speaking family medicine physician here at Kaiser Permanente. It is important for me to make it easy for you to know your personal doctor. I feel blessed to be in the robust and dynamic Kaiser Permanente team, providing high-quality care.
I have been an Angeleno for the bulk of my life. However, nature has drawn me closer to the suburbs and a bit closer to the mountains and open space in San Dimas. I come from a relatively big family. Several life events intrigued me to pursue a path in medicine early on. I have enjoyed both leading and participating in local and international mission trips, providing health services to the medically underrepresented. I am involved with Kaiser Permanente as a former Oliver Goldsmith scholar and have been on the selection committee for the last several years. Now, I am providing care as a medical doctor for Kaiser Permanente.
About my practice
I am interested in holistic, comprehensive, and team-approach medicine to prevent disease and promote wellness. I enjoy living healthy with an active lifestyle and proper nutrition in order to model to my members what I teach them. It is a great privilege to help members be their own health advocates and create a safe environment for them to learn more about themselves. I strive to gain members’ trust in me to help them and their families make the right decisions for their health.
How I thrive
I thrive by living a balanced work/personal active lifestyle, mostly going out on nature walks when possible. It’s important to do good for others, but we must remember to also invest in our own wellness in order to be able to optimally give to others.
