Welcome to my Web page! I am happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you.
My story begins with my parents, who came to America with dreams of infinite possibility. I was born at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, and was raised in Los Angeles and Orange County. I always knew I wanted to be a doctor. As a young boy, I read more than my share of comic books, and dreamed of finding my own way of helping people. I earned my bachelor's degree at UCLA, and attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. I joined Kaiser Permanente after completing my residency in anesthesiology and fellowship training in cardiothoracic anesthesiology at UCLA.
I am a specialty-trained cardiothoracic anesthesiologist at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. I work primarily in the cardiac operating rooms, providing anesthesia for open-heart surgery. I also work in the general operating rooms, and have special interests in regional anesthesia and pediatrics. Our practice is high-volume and includes many medically complex cases. As an anesthesiologist, my job is to keep my patients safe and comfortable. I take great pride in caring for patients, and making sure that they feel protected during such a stressful time in their lives.
In my time away from work, the thing I enjoy most is spending time with my family. My interests include food, sports, martial arts, music, movies, and television.
