Where I practice
Hi, my name is Rob Mah (don't worry, the H is silent!). Welcome to my page. I'm grateful for the opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about myself and my practice here at Kaiser Permanente.
Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, I am an Inland Empire transplant. Following high school, I completed my undergraduate at nearby Pitzer College, and my medical education at Western University of Health Sciences. I continued my training at Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center in family medicine, and have since settled here in San Bernardino County. I enjoy photography in my spare time and an avid coffee enthusiast and home roaster. I am weekend "foodie" and enjoy travelling when time permits.
About my practice
As an osteopathic physician (D.O.), my training is deeply rooted in preventive health and take a "whole person" approach to health. Paramount to my practice is the recognition of the body's own ability to fight disease and to heal. My role as a physician is then to aid the body in this natural and amazing process. I have a personal interest in the treatment of young adults, lifestyle medicine, and welcome families of all ages, from newborns to great grandparents.
How I thrive
Having grown up in Southern California, I grew up loving water sports and the great outdoors. Backpacking and hiking are favorite pastimes, as is golfing on the weekends. I enjoy cooking at home and exploring our local restaurants as a resident foodie.
