Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice.
I was born in Vietnam, and I came to the United States with my family in 1975. A local physician and his family sponsored my family out of the refugee camps and helped us create a new life here. Having positive role models in the medical profession, I knew early on that I wanted to become a physician. I obtained my undergraduate education at UC Irvine and graduated with degrees in biology and chemistry. I went on to receive my medical education in Boston at Tufts University.
About my practice
I became a full-time physician at Kaiser Permanente in 2004. I believe maintaining a healthy lifestyle combined with good preventative care can help individuals prosper. I wish to support those who embrace this philosophy. However, we are not all blessed with perfect health, so I’m glad to help in times of illness to help people get better. Good health requires teamwork from the physician, medical staff, and, most importantly, you.
How I thrive
I’m a firm believer in leading a healthy lifestyle. Exercise is so important. I like to walk, bike, and snowboard to maintain physical fitness. I also think that relaxation is important. Spending time with family, listening to music, and reading are some of the ways I like to relax.
