Welcome to my Web page! I am glad to have this opportunity to share.
My siblings and I were all born at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Bellflower, California. Born to immigrant parents, Spanish was my first language. A strong work ethic was instilled in us as children. I was fortunate to have graduated from Stanford University for undergraduate work and then UCLA for medical school. My residency training was done at Kaiser Permanente in Orange County. Then my children were born at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Anaheim. I feel like I have come full circle in a way!
I have wanted to be a health care provider ever since I can remember. It is a privilege to be a Kaiser Permanente family physician. Due to the long-term nature of the relationship I have with many of my patients, preventive care plays a large role in my practice. My practice involves treating adults outside of the hospital, many of whom are Spanish-speaking.
My children and family complete me. Staying active is not optional for me, but a requirement. We use playtime with the children to stay fit. It is a nonstop life we live.
