Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I would like to introduce myself to you and tell you about myself and my practice. It is very important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.
I was born in Shiraz, a beautiful and historical city in Iran. I grew up in a family that has many physicians, and some of them are practicing in the United States. I loved their work, and I decided to follow their path. I went to medical school in Shiraz. I had a one-year residency in internal medicine there, and then I immigrated to the U.S. and continued my residency at Loma Linda University in physical medicine and rehabilitation specialty.
About my practice
I joined the occupational medicine department in 2010. My goal is to provide high-quality, comprehensive, compassionate care to all my patients. I treat different kinds of work-related injuries and musculoskeletal complaints. I help my patients recover from injuries they had on the job. I work closely with my patients, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other specialists to achieve that result as soon as possible.
How I thrive
I believe that a healthy mind is in a healthy body. So having regular exercise and eating healthy foods keeps my family and me well. I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter and the rest of my family. I stay well by remaining engaged in the community and doing volunteer work. I simply enjoy beautiful California and San Diego. There is always a new place in this state that I have to visit.
