Where I practice
Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I am a neurosurgeon and am truly excited to be working with the great team at Kaiser Permanente. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.
I grew up in Orange County and graduated from Laguna Hills High School. Afterwards, I studied at UCLA, where I received my bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and my master’s degree in neurobiology. After UCLA, I attended Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona for medical school. I did my neurosurgery residency at Riverside University Health System. Despite the rigorous training, I enjoyed every moment of my residency training and met some of my best friends during this time. After residency, I completed a clinical instructorship/fellowship in complex spinal surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery, where I learned reconstructive spinal surgery for degenerative spinal disorders and radio-surgical techniques for various spinal cancers.
About my practice
I truly enjoy and practice all aspects of neurosurgery. The focus of my practice is spinal neurosurgery for degenerative conditions, degenerative deformities, and traumatic care, as well as spinal column and spinal cord tumors. The outcomes of my surgeries and my members’ well-being are very important to me. Moreover, the academic advancement of the neurosurgery field and research are very meaningful to my personal growth as a neurosurgeon.
How I thrive
My greatest enjoyment is spending time with my wife and son. Also, I enjoy swimming and highly recommend it to most members.
