Accepting new patients.
I am glad to have the opportunity to be able to introduce myself through this Web site. I hope you are able to learn something about me and my practice, which will hopefully make you feel more comfortable at the time of your actual visit.
I was born in Pullman, Washington. My parents moved back to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, when I was five months old. I grew up there and returned to the United States in 1995. I lived in Boston and New York City for some time. I was lucky to discover Los Angeles in 2005, and made it my permanent home in 2006.
I enjoy practicing medicine in an environment that puts so much emphasis on disease prevention, patient education, and healthy lifestyles. I am happy to provide medical services to a large Spanish-speaking population. I believe clear communication is very important when it comes to medical information and I am glad to help avoiding issues regarding language barriers. I am also glad I can provide, along with my staff, helpful education and advice when it comes to their health.
I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, near and far. I also enjoy exercising, mostly hiking, biking, Pilates, and yoga. Skiing is my favorite sport.
