Where I practice
Hello, and welcome to my Web page! I’m happy to introduce myself to you. I’ve felt the natural desire to become a physician since the tender age of a preschooler. This drive is what pushed me to tackle tough coursework and graduate from UC Irvine. While at UC Irvine, wanted to give back, and in trying to do so, I became heavily active in the community, helping shelters, schools, and food drives. I pride myself for building lifelong friendships and hope to do the same with my members.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in biology from UC Irvine and my medical degree from the American University of Antigua. I completed my residency in family medicine from Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York, which is affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine. While in residency, I was awarded the honor of chief resident by my attending staff and fellow residents.
About my practice
I am a family physician at Kaiser Permanente’s ambulatory setting, where I take care of families including children, adults, and the senior population. I am very excited to be a part of Kaiser Permanente and am proud to work with such a fantastic team of physicians.
How I thrive
I thrive live well by seeing my members become and stay healthy. I feel privileged when a member puts their trust in me and allows me to take care of them, and I take that responsibility very seriously. It’s so satisfying seeing my members' HbA1c go down, and I’m joyful when members meet their weight gain/loss goals. When I am not working, I pursue my passion of conquering traverse hiking trails and creeks. To relax, I use my creativity in the kitchen, whipping up magically delicious and healthy recipes! I believe a healthy lifestyle starts with making small changes in daily routines and setting realistic goals.
