Where I practice
Hello all, and welcome to my homepage! I am blessed to work as a pediatrician at Kaiser Permanente, where our goal is always to provide the best-possible health care to our members. Following is a little bit about me.
I am the youngest of seven children and have 16 nieces and nephews, so needless to say, I have spent a lifetime caring for kids. It was one of the driving forces of why I chose to become a pediatrician. I was born and raised in California, attended undergraduate school at UCLA, and completed both medical school and residency at Loma Linda University. My husband and I recently spent two years in St. Louis, Missouri for his medical training before we moved back to California to be closer to our families.
About my practice
From the day I entered medical school, I knew that I wanted to treat patients (and parents) the way I would want to be treated: with respect, consideration, and compassion. As an urgent care doctor and as a parent, I know what it is like to care for children during their sickest moments, and I strive to make the healing process easier for everyone.
How I thrive
It is so very important to take a break from your busy lifestyle to “recharge the batteries.” For me, I enjoy playing tennis with my husband, taking my daughter out on a walk, and doing Zumba. I am also an avid baker and love to cook for my family and friends.
