Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and to tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I am a native Southern Californian who has been living in this sunny state since I was 10. Even when I was a young child, I knew that I wanted to be a doctor, in part because of the compassionate care I saw my family practice doctor provide to me and my family. I knew that I wanted to be able to make a real difference in people's lives, and practicing medicine gives that opportunity.
About my practice
Medicine as a career provides a very special opportunity to connect and help people in a meaningful way, not only by utilizing medical skills and knowledge but also by listening and responding to people's needs and concerns. Being a doctor, I often listen to people sharing with me their thoughts and concerns; it is a privilege to help people feel better and thrive. I feel very honored that patients have entrusted me with their care, and I strive to treat them as I would my own family.
How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I'm a runner and I work out at the gym on a regular basis. I also make it a priority to set aside time to just relax or read a good novel. I always try to have a healthy, balanced diet and to keep myself in good shape to set a good example to my patients.
