Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members. I look forward to working with you to help you maintain a healthy life.
I was born in the Philippines and came to the U.S. at the age of 13. Growing up, I wanted to become a doctor because of my love for learning and helping others. I started at Kaiser Permanente in 2001 at the Brea Medical Offices. I love working here because of the wonderful team of doctors and house staff, our advanced computer system and, most of all, having wonderful members who want to live long, balanced, prosperous lives.
About my practice
My philosophy is this: I am your navigator but you, my member, are the captain of your ship. I can guide you to preventive medicine because prevention is worth a thousand cures. I can show you the tools to thrive, but it's up to you to use them. I am optimistic that we will work as partners.
How I thrive
My motto in life is to strive for balance. Life is full of stressors, and I can face them better when I am rejuvenated. I go to the gym at least once a week (I love line dancing, and ballroom dancing). I adore my two daughters and am very active with their school activities. I love traveling with my family on cruises and seeing our state and national parks. In the future, I would love to go on mission trips.
