Where I practice
Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to get to know me better. I’m a pediatrician at Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Offices.
I am a Southern California native, born and raised in the LA area, and I’ve lived briefly in Mozambique and Italy. Being a Kaiser Permanente pediatrician has been my dream job since I was four years old! My father is also a Kaiser Permanente pediatrician, and I credit him for providing the exceptional example of medical care that I strive to provide to my patients. Before becoming a pediatrician, I completed one year of surgical training. My husband is a former Marine; we have a wonderful son and two crazy dogs.
About my practice
My practice covers general pediatrics, from birth to 18 years old. As a mother, I know how important children are to their parents. My goal is to provide high-quality care to the infants, children, adolescents, and young adults I see in my practice. I truly believe “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,” so I encourage healthy eating, exercise, and a good night’s sleep. But I know my patients could still get sick, and I want to help them get better again. Since medicine is constantly changing, I attend educational meetings and seminars to ensure I stay current with the latest methods. I believe in taking advantage of the latest advances in pediatric medicine, including immunizations and other important preventive measures that promote well-being and health.
How I thrive
My family is very meaningful to me. Spending quality time with them includes gardening, cooking and eating healthy meals, dog training, going to Disneyland, and rooting for the Dodgers!
