Where I practice
Hello, and thank you for visiting my Web page. I am proud to be a physician at Kaiser Permanente’s West Los Angeles Medical Center, and it is a pleasure and privilege to take care of my patients.
I was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I attended college and medical school in the Midwest as well. I moved to sunny California in 2000 to start my residency training, and I’m happy to now call Los Angeles my home. In California, I trained in pediatrics, anesthesia, and then pediatric cardiac anesthesia. I worked in New York City for two years, but aside from that, my medical career has been in Southern California.
About my practice
At this point in my career, I enjoy taking care of patients of all ages. I enjoy working for Kaiser Permanente because the entire team in the operating room works together to provide a pleasant and safe environment for our patients. I also am allowed to provide safe, cutting edge anesthetic care. I have the enjoyment of working in a top-notch Anesthesiology Department in which everyone works as a team.
How I thrive
I love living in California because I can enjoy being outdoors year-round. I thrive by enjoying life. I enjoy dining out, spending time with friends, and traveling. I exercise to keep my body and mind healthy. Above all, it’s the people that make up a great balanced life—and I enjoy spending time with the wonderful people in my life!
