Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members, and look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I grew up in Loma Linda, California. My parents are Filipino. I was exposed to the medical field growing up, watching my mother work as a nurse and my father as an X-ray technician. When I was in high school, I got a job working for a neuropathologist at Loma Linda University. I helped organize his brain museum, which sparked my interest in medicine. I also knew I wanted to help people. I received my Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science before completing my medical school training at Loma Linda University. I then completed my residency in family medicine at Kaiser Permanente Fontana. I am board certified in family medicine.
About my practice
I care deeply about my calling to be a physician, which means I am dedicated to your health care. I hope to offer you care as a whole person, not just a disease. My job is to help you make the right decision about your care and provide education on your health. I focus on preventive health. I am blessed to be surrounded by wonderful physicians, including specialists, nurses, and staff who help make your care at Kaiser Permanente comprehensive and high-quality.
How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I love being with my family—my husband and my three children. We love spending time together with trips to the beach, park, museums, or out to dinner. I love shopping, digital photography (especially of my kids), cooking, and traveling abroad. As a family we also enjoy serving others with our gifts and talents in underserved areas.
