Welcome to my Web page. I’m a neurointerventionist or interventional neuroradiologist. More simply, I treat vascular and other diseases in the brain, neck, and spine with minimally invasive procedures using the latest advanced technology.
I grew up in the Los Angeles area. I attended college at Yale University and medical school at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. I had an internship at Stanford and my residency at UC San Francisco. I completed fellowships at the University of Washington and Columbia New York-Presbyterian Hospital. I also have degrees in public health and business. I’m married with one son and one daughter.
As an interventional neuroradiologist, I treat aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, carotid stenosis, acute strokes, spinal vascular diseases, and spinal compression fractures. We perform coiling, embolization, stenting, and thrombectomy/thrombolysis.
Running keeps me balanced and provides clarity. My philosophy is to provide an honest and balanced perspective to assist in making the best individual choice.
