Where I practice
Hello, and welcome to my Web page!
I grew up mostly in Southern California. I’ve lived here since I was 9 years old. I went to UC Berkeley for my undergraduate studies, where I majored in molecular biology. From there, I went to UC Davis School of Medicine. After receiving my medical degree, I completed my training in internal medicine at UC Irvine Medical Center. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2000.
About my practice
I feel truly blessed to be able to work here at Kaiser Permanente. I love what I get to do every day as a physician. Doing the best I can to help our members stay as healthy as possible is what brings me joy in my professional life!
How I thrive
I strive to keep a balance of faith, family, and fitness. I love my family dearly. My wife and I are very involved in the activities of our children. We do our best to give them our full support in school, as well as their music and fitness activities. I joined a local gym several years ago, and have been able to stick to my exercise regimen. In 2006, I discovered the joys of triathlons. So far, I have finished the Los Angeles Marathon, a few half marathons, and several triathlons. My biggest accomplishment so far was finishing a half Ironman event in Santa Rosa. It took six and a half hours to finish, but it was one of the most fulfilling things I’ve ever done. I swim and run regularly. I also enjoy playing tennis with my family and friends.
