Kaiser Permanente physician
My gender: Male
Accepting new patients.
Welcome to my Web page. I’m very happy to have this chance to tell you about myself and my family medicine practice at Kaiser Permanente.
I was born in Oakland, California, and raised in the Bay Area. I have always liked the concept of the family doctor. Marcus Welby, M.D. on TV was my early hero! I trained in family medicine at UCLA Medical School. I am married and have two children. My family and I love to travel. I try to go to as many UCLA football games as possible.
My practice includes patients of all ages, from babies to the elderly. As a family physician, I am interested in taking care of your entire family. If you would like other members of your family to see me and my care team, please let us know. I work with a team of medical assistants, registered nurses, disease care managers, and health educators not only to help prevent illnesses but also to help keep your chronic diseases under control.
I lost 70 pounds a few years ago and I continue to keep that weight off with a combination of running, swimming, weight lifting, biking, and eating the right foods. I also volunteer and serve on the board of directors of a community clinic in downtown Los Angeles called the Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center.
