About me
Because my last name can be a challenge, I go by "Dr. J" — like the basketball player from the 1970s or my father, whom I followed in the health care profession.
Biography
After completing my undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in Illinois, I started off my career as a global strategy consultant for 3 years, traveling the country and the world. However, seeking deeper inner fulfilment I returned to Rush University in Chicago to pursue my medical degree, where I developed a love for radiology. I moved to Los Angeles to begin my internship and residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and secured a fellowship position at UCLA Westwood Medical Center in breast radiology. I then began working at Kaiser Permanente's Fontana Medical Center, and am now at Baldwin Park Medical Center where I am proud to make a difference.
About my practice
While my focus is on breast imaging, I also am active in general radiology as well, covering diagnostics such as fluoroscopy, CT scan, ultrasound, MRI, and X-ray.
How I thrive
I enjoy reading, traveling, gardening, and spending a quiet night at home to relax.
