Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I appreciate your interest in learning more about me and my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, and I look forward to working with you as well.
I grew up in the Philippines. It is a beautiful country, but many there are poor. Growing up in such an atmosphere, where I witnessed the suffering of others, caused me to develop a passion for education and using my knowledge to better the lives of those around me. My desire to learn led me to a great medical university in the Philippines and to the United States for further training.
About my practice
I chose family medicine because it covers a wide spectrum of disease pathology while allowing me to develop personal relationships with patients, offering the ideal blend of academic challenge, applied medicine, and personal fulfillment. Most importantly, it integrates the roles of clinician, educator, and health advocate into the role of a physician. This allows me to be an effective advocate for my patients and community. I have particular interest in women's health and preventive medicine. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you are already taking good care of yourself.
How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I make it a priority to set aside time to relax, watch movies, or play. I love to travel, read books, draw, and cross-stitch during my leisure time. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my nieces, and friends.
