Accepting new patients.
Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I moved to California for my residency at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, where I met my wife and fell in love with her and California. I am the eldest son of parents who are both physicians. Observing them in their practice was very influential in my decision to become a doctor. Their compassion and drive in making a real difference in the lives of people is a model that I have strived to emulate. I have been blessed with a beautiful, supportive wife and two wonderful kids.
Pediatrics as a career is a very special opportunity to follow a child from birth to adolescence and have a role in helping them become healthy, productive adults in society. I hope to have the honor of caring for their children, as well.I firmly believe in the Kaiser Permanente philosophy of health in mind, body, and spirit and I try to live it in my life every day.
My hobbies include books, theater, exercise, sports, travel, My family life is my major priority. I enjoy family outings to the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, museums, and the beach. I try to volunteer my time at my children's school. My wife, kids, and I enjoy trips to Hawaii and quiet family time at home.and spending my free time with my wife and kids
