Where I practice
Hi, my name is Jonathan. Welcome to my Web page! I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and share with you my credentials. It is important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician, and I hope this page will help you get to know me.
I grew up in Irvine, California, where I was involved in playing team sports (basketball and soccer) as well as volunteering as a youth coach. These activities instilled in me the values of working as a team, motivating others, and teaching—which are skills that I use every day with members. I went to UC San Diego for college, where I fell in love with San Diego and my wife. I attended osteopathic medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, where I learned how to care for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I finished my family medicine residency training at Loma Linda University in San Bernardino, where I worked with serving the health needs of the underserved/homeless communities in the area.
About my practice
I believe that healing truly begins with addressing not only the physical but also our emotional and spiritual conditions. In order to do this, I want to build relationships with members so that they feel comfortable in discussing their health needs. I focus on being a great listener and teaching members about their medical issues so that they can make informed decisions and live well! I strive to treat members like my own family and would love to be the doctor for your whole family, from children to grandparents!
How I thrive
In my free time, I love to play basketball, sing karaoke with friends, and go on foodie adventures with my wife.
