Where I practice
Thank you for visiting my Web page. It is very important that you feel comfortable with your physician, and I hope this page will help you get to know me.
The Inland Empire is my home. My father was in the United States Air Force and his job assignment brought us to Riverside when I was five years old. I still remember the chain-link fence separating the airstrip from the waiting area at the old Ontario Airport, and the two-lane road that led us past the dairy cows to the airport. Though my father's job, and later my medical training, took me to other places, I chose to come back to the Inland Empire, where my extended family resides.
About my practice
I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay well, but I am here to help you when you are sick. I want to work in partnership with you to help reach your health goals. Together we can be most successful when you are actively engaged in your care.
How I thrive
I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of total health in mind, body, and spirit, and try to live it in my life every day. Although I am passionate about my work, family life is my highest priority. We enjoy traveling and family outings to Laker games and local concerts. My husband, daughter, and I exercise daily with evening walks and long weekend hikes. We encourage our daughter's activities in karate and her school’s cheer squad.
