Kaiser Permanente physician
My gender: Male
Accepting new patients.
Welcome to my Web page. My last name is pronounced Sock-Doll-Lawn. If it is easier, just call me Dr. Jason.
I attended medical school at Loma Linda University, and have been with Kaiser Permanente since 2001. I am originally from Rowland Heights, in Southern California. I moved to the Inland Empire in 1993, and have lived here ever since. I chose to be a physician for one reason: to help people. I want every patient to live a healthier, better life.
I take a team approach to your care, and believe you are in control of your health. You are the player striving to do well in the game of life, and I am your health coach. We work together, with the support of my staff, to create a healthy lifestyle that enables you to thrive.
To maintain my own wellness, I stay active and exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet, and keep my mind sharp. I focus on the important things in my life: God, my family, and my friends. I like to laugh and be happy. To stay physically fit, I like running half-marathons and marathons. I also enjoy art and graphic design, learning the guitar, being in the outdoors, rooting for the Lakers, and taking time to focus on my spirituality.
