Where I practice
Hi! Welcome to my Web page! I hope that this page answers your questions about me and helps you decide if I am the right fit for you and your children.
I knew I wanted to be a pediatrician since I was 11 years old. I remember setting up an appointment with my doctor to interview him. Everyone thought it was so cute, but I took it very seriously. Years later, when I got accepted into medical school, I saw my pediatrician and thanked him for being a role model for me. I knew I always wanted to encourage and support my patients in achieving their goals the way my pediatrician helped me achieve mine! I was born and raised in Southern California, attended medical school in Northern California, and came back home for my residency at USC. I was honored when the USC faculty elected me to stay as a chief resident as it gave me an opportunity to teach residents all that I had learned throughout my training. I feel education is very important and now make an effort to always teach members as much as I can about their health.
About my practice
While the majority of my training was in acute care and taking care of very sick children, I love watching kids grow and me growing with them and their families. My work is in both in the hospital and in the medical center.
How I thrive
I feel that my slogan in life is “balance.” When I am not at work, I love spending time with my husband and daughter, exercising, hiking, and travelling any chance I get!
