About me

Hello! Welcome to my Web page. I hope to introduce myself and share my methods of practicing medicine. I look forward to working with you to either maintain or improve your health.

Biography

I was born and raised in California and went to medical school here as well. I love the diverse communities in Southern California, which is one of the reasons why I decided to stay here to practice medicine. I also enjoy sampling the many different cuisines Southern California has to offer and trying new restaurants in the area.

About my practice

I believe that great health starts with preventive medicine, but I am also here to assist members when they are sick. One of the reasons I pursued a career in family medicine is due to my desire to help people with their health on a long-term basis, and as a result, I have and hope to continue to develop great relationships with members, which I find rewarding. Through my training, I have gained an appreciation for preventive medicine and women’s health, both of which I enjoy and incorporate into my practice.

How I thrive

I like to relax and spend my free time with friends and family, as well as unwind with a good read. I definitely love to travel and discover new places. I understand that balance is important in life. I try to hike when possible and engage in yoga occasionally, but admit that I am striving to incorporate them into my routine more regularly.
