Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself and tell you about my practice. Thank you for visiting. I look forward to meeting you in person, and working with you to care for your health.
I’m a native Southern Californian. I’ve known I wanted to become a doctor since high school, when I volunteered in hospitals and performed community services. I wanted to be able to make a real difference in people's lives, and practicing medicine gives me that opportunity.
About my practice
I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I’m also here to help you when you’re sick. I believe in being your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you take an active role in your health, too.
How I thrive
I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of caring for the health of the whole person, and I try to live it in my life every day. I love spending time with my family, promoting healthy and fun activities. My husband, two daughters, and I enjoy family outings to the lake each summer, where we swim, water ski, and fish together. Running is my other passion. I enjoy running about 25 to 30 miles per week. I usually participate in 4 or 5 half marathons per year, and run a few 5Ks, too. After encouraging my husband and daughter to participate in a Kaiser Permanente sponsored triathlon, they’ve been enthusiastically participating in local triathlons and a 5K run.
