About me

Hi there, and welcome to my web page. Building meaningful connections with patients is at the core of how I practice medicine. I look forward to meeting you and helping you with your care.

Biography

I was born in India and grew up in Southern California, experiences that shaped my appreciation for family, culture, and community. I also speak Hindi and Gujarati, which allows me to connect more easily with many patients and families.

My interest in medicine began with a fascination for how the body works and the science behind illness and recovery. Over time, that curiosity grew into a desire to care for people directly by helping patients understand their health and feel supported during times of illness or uncertainty.

I chose family medicine because of its broad scope and continuity of care. That long-term perspective allows me to better support patients through preventive care, chronic conditions, and changes throughout different stages of life. I’m especially motivated by the opportunity to continue learning, as medicine and science are always evolving, and staying current is an important part of providing thoughtful care.

About my practice

What I enjoy most about my practice is interacting with people from many different backgrounds, each with their own story and personality. I believe open conversation and trust are essential to effective care, and I focus on creating an environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and asking questions.

I work closely with my colleagues and support staff to provide coordinated, patient centered care. My approach emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and prevention, with the goal of helping patients make informed decisions and maintain their health over time.

How I thrive

Time spent outdoors helps me reset and stay grounded. I enjoy being in nature, especially hiking, and I find those moments bring clarity and calm. Evenings at home with my husband and daughter are especially meaningful to me and help balance the pace of daily life.
