Where I practice
Thank you for visiting my Web page. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about myself. It is very important that you feel comfortable with your physician, and I hope this page will help you get to know me.
I was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. While in high school, I underwent surgery for a benign tumor in my cervical spine. After graduating from Granada Hills High School, I attended UCLA, where I obtained a biology degree. My interest in medicine continued to grow during my college years and I decided to pursue a career in medicine to help others. I wanted to provide other people with the same compassion and reassurance that I received. I decided to become an orthopedic surgeon and help people with musculoskeletal problems. After completing my training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, I went on to study complex fractures at the University of Pittsburgh. I was happy to join Kaiser Permanente and return to Southern California to start my medical practice.
About my practice
I strive to form a strong relationship with members based on trust. When a member comes to me for help, I aim to understand not only the musculoskeletal problem but also the impact the problem has on that person's life. This understanding allows me to create a unique treatment plan for each member that will allow a rapid and complete recovery.
How I thrive
I maintain balance in my life by working hard at being the best physician that I can be while spending my free time with my wife and daughters. We enjoy hiking, bicycling, and ocean fishing.
