Where I practice
Hello. I'm Dr. Kevly, an Ob/Gyn physician at Kaiser Permanente Lancaster Medical Offices. I'm delighted to share a little history about myself. Hopefully, this Web page will give you an idea of who I am and how I came to be the doctor I am today. I enjoy being a part of the Kaiser Permanente family and look forward to the opportunity to be of service.
I am from Georgia—the country, not the state. I went to medical school in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, and practiced general surgery for several years before coming to the United States in 1993. After passing my exams, I became a family practice intern at Mercy Medical Center in Redding, California. I also served my residency at Mercy and was appointed chief resident there. I found the fields of obstetrics and gynecology to be professionally and personally fulfilling, so I furthered my training with a second residency at UC San Francisco’s Fresno Center for Medical Education and Research where I also served as chief resident. Upon completion of my residency, I settled in Los Angeles and was in private practice for several years before joining Kaiser Permanente in 2012. I was drawn to Kaiser Permanente because of their exceptional reputation and the fact that the approach to care gives me the freedom to focus on my patients’ needs rather than the business side of medicine.
About my practice
I find Kaiser Permanente's Ob/Gyn group here in Lancaster to be both pleasant and professional. Through cooperation and camaraderie we are able to provide our members with top quality, compassionate care while having fun in the process. Often, I work with women who are facing profound changes in their lives. Puberty, childbirth, and menopause all create new challenges and new opportunities. As your doctor, I’ll help guide you through these very natural processes. I'll do my best to answer your questions, allay any fears, and assist you through it all.
How I thrive
Married with three children and a busy practice, I do my best to find some time to stay fit and relax by playing tennis, skiing, and tinkering around the house.
