Kaiser Permanente physician
My gender: Male
Accepting new patients.
Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members, and look forward to working with your family to help take care of your child's health.
I grew up in Southern California, attended UCLA for my undergraduate studies, and moved to New York for my medical school training. I really enjoyed my time in the pediatric clinics and on the hospital wards, so I pursued further training in a pediatric residency program closer to home. I finished my residency at Children's Hospital Los Angeles in 2001, and have been working at the Kaiser Permanente La Palma Medical Offices ever since.
Being a pediatrician is a very special opportunity to connect with and help families in a meaningful way—utilizing medical skills and knowledge, but also listening and responding to what children and their parents need. I feel very honored that members have entrusted me with their care, and I strive to treat them as I would my own family. We’re a team of six general pediatricians, one part-time nurse practitioner, and two pediatric behaviorists. We are well supported by a team of nurses and medical assistants, who enjoy coming to the office and taking care of pediatric members.
I try and live life the way I encourage my members—eating healthy, exercising as much as possible, and limiting screen time. Playing basketball is my way favorite way to stay active!
