Where I practice
Hi! I'm Dr. Gabriel Lopez. Welcome to my Web page. Please take a few moments to read my page and get to know me. As a physician at Kaiser Permanente, I'm proud to be part of a medical group that advocates, promotes, and maintains all aspects of health in our members.
I was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Whittier. I attended high school locally, graduated from college at UCLA, and received my medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. I wanted to become a doctor since I was 7 years old, when doctors saved my life after I experienced a complicated ruptured appendix. I chose family medicine as my career because of the opportunity to treat an entire family and for the scope of practice this field offers.
About my practice
My medical practice is located at the Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center. I’m fluent in Spanish, which allows me to also serve the growing Latino population in and around the city of Fontana. I believe members should be treated as if they’re members of your own family, with the continuity, respect, and cultural sensitivity they deserve. My team of support staff fosters this philosophy in the overall care of our members.
How I thrive
My family and I have fun traveling, either locally or to a distant destination. We enjoy our time together and have great adventures. I exercise routinely, play sports, cook, watch movies, attend sporting events, and I’m a big fan of UCLA football and basketball. Go Bruins!
