Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to introduce myself and share my background.
I am a first-generation Korean Argentinian, born and raised in Buenos Aires. I grew up watching my parents help out their fellow Korean community. My father helped others by standing in as a translator during doctor visits. I was also in charge of the health care of children at summer camps and Sunday school at my church. These experiences instilled a desire to pursue my profession in health care, especially for children. I finished my medical school at Universidad de Buenos Aires and completed pediatric residency and neonatology fellowship in Argentina. After I moved to the United States, I completed my pediatric residency at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in New Jersey. During my residency, I met my husband and moved to Sacramento. There, we were blessed with 2 beautiful children. We moved to Riverside to be closer to my husband’s family and friends. After a long journey, I finally found my new home base at sunny Southern California.
About my practice
One of my major efforts as a pediatrician is to try to understand and approach my members as part of a group called “family” instead of just as an individual, single, or isolated person.
How I thrive
I have a strong belief that everything in life needs a balance to function properly. I try to keep my professional life and my personal life harmonized and balanced. I like to keep my mind open because never is too late to learn new things.
