About me

I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you. I feel fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente and will partner with you in caring for your health.

Biography

I was born and raised in Southern California. I went into optometry to help people and to improve their quality of life, since vision is one of the most important human senses.

About my practice

My goal is to promote good eye health through preventive care, which includes routine visits, health education, and guidance on good nutrition and healthy habits. Kaiser Permanente gives me the opportunity to work with an excellent group of colleagues and specialists who share the same philosophy in treating all members with compassion. I enjoy practicing at Kaiser Permanente because of the team-based approach and the emphasis on preventive care. Treating each member the way I would want to be treated and focusing on preventive care are both very important aspects of my practice.

How I thrive

I stay healthy by walking and exercising, eating healthy, and having fun. Staying active in my kids’ extracurricular activities, volunteering at community events, and spending time with my family and friends help me live well.
