About me

Thanks for visiting my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to let you learn a little about me. My terrific coworkers and patients are two of the things I love about working at Kaiser Permanente. I look forward to partnering with you to care for your health.

Biography

I was born at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center on Sunset Boulevard and, after practicing many years elsewhere, came home to practice at Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Medical Center. I am grateful to have a profession where I can be of service and touch people’s lives in many special ways. I love the outdoors and the ocean and mountains. I also grow flowers and vegetables and bring them into work.

About my practice

Healthy living and preventive care are the foundation of good health. It helps me care for you when you are actively involved in taking care of your own health. Being a doctor means utilizing my medical skills and knowledge, but also listening and responding to what patients need. I consider it a privilege to help my patients and communicate with them and their families. I have decreased my schedule to 50 percent and am not in the office as much as before, however, my dedication to my patients is 200 percent!

How I thrive

I try to follow the advice I share with my patients. I usually eat healthy foods (yes, a lot of veggies), exercise at the gym (aerobic exercise, especially spinning and core training), and, in my free time, sail regularly. I also hike, garden, and treasure my family and quiet time.
