Where I practice
I’m very excited about this opportunity to introduce myself and give you a little more information about who I am as a person and as a doctor. I think it’s important that you have a good relationship with your physician and understand his or her approach to medicine and overall health.
I am a native Southern Californian and spent most of my time as a child in the city of San Dimas. I graduated from South Hills High School and then UCLA. After finishing my undergraduate studies, I married my amazing husband and we decided to relocate to La Verne, where I completed my medical education at Western University. Becoming a doctor was the realization of a childhood dream. I always knew I wanted to help heal those around me and it’s an honor and a privilege to make that my profession.
About my practice
Given my background in osteopathic medicine, I have always emphasized a holistic approach to health. I believe that good diet, regular exercise, and great support from family and friends all contribute to living the best life possible. I take a team approach to managing overall health and I hope that you can join me in making a better you.
How I thrive
To me, living well means eating well, exercising, and having fun. All of these things lead to living a healthy, happy, and balanced life. It's not always easy, but I think that with the right support, we can all do it. There is no one-size-fits-all solution—we all need to find what works for us. Personally, I prefer spending time outdoors. Hiking with my dogs and husband is a great way to stay active on the weekends. Spending time with family and friends contributes to my overall health and happiness.
